Product & Ingredients
- Are Your Soaps "all natural"? Some are. These soaps include unscented and essential oil soaps. They have their own collection. Any fragrant soap is not 100% natural, they are 94% to 95% all natural.

Do you use Lye (Sodium Hydroxide)? While lye is used to make soap, none remains in the finished product after the saponification process.
- Is your Palm Oil sustainably sourced? Yes, it is, but I have many recipes that don't even use palm oil.

Are my products vegan? Not all of my products are vegan. Many of them do include animal fats because they make wonderful soap. The vegan soaps I do make are my shampoo bars.

Where do you source your herbs? We source organic botanicals and even harvest some from our own garden to ensure the highest quality for your skin
- How strongly scented are the soaps? For fragrant soap (fragrance oils) the scent is usually stronger than that of essential oil soap. I follow manufacture guidelines on recommended usage.

Does your soap produce a lot of lather? Natural soaps often have a "creamy" lather rather than the giant "bubbly" foam of chemical detergents and have more moisturizing, natural glycerin, and are gentler to the skin.
- Why is there white powder on the top of my soap? This is called soda ash. It's a harmless byproduct of the soap-making process that occurs when lye meets air. It washes right off with the first use!

- How long will it take to get my order? Processing time is usually 1-2 business days + shipping.

Do you offer Wholesale or bulk orders? Not at this time.

Why does my soap look slightly different than the photo? Since my soaps are handmade, variations in color and design are part of the charm.

Do you take returns? Yes, on any unopened, unused products only. If there is an issue with your product, we are happy to help by email or phone to solve the problem.

Do you offer local pickup? No

Is your packaging recyclable? Yes, soaps are wrapped in paper, plastic jars and bottles, and also 1 and 2 category plastics that are easily recyclable. Shipping boxes and packing are all reusable.
Order Issues & Gifting
- Can I include a gift note? Yes. There is a message box to communicate about your order at checkout. You can also phone or email.
- My order arrived damaged. What do I do? Email or text a photo to Lisa within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
