Here are some benefits of the ingredients in this bar
Coconut Milk is rich in essential fatty acids, vitamins C and E and minerals, iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc that help to nourish hair and scalp.  It is wonderful for dry, damaged, weak and brittle hair and helps to restore moisture.  It also acts as a natural detangler and conditioner.

Aloe Vera has natural nutrients and antioxidants that soothe and help regenerate cells.  It is a wonderful conditioner and is said to add volume, shine and promote thick strong healthy hair.

Silk helps prevent dehydration and strengthen the hair, leaving it soft, smooth and silky feeling.  Silk contains 18 essential and nonessential amino acids.

Seaweed is packed full of vitamins A, B1, B2, C, D & E.  It is also high in iodine and mineral like iron, phosphorus, and calcium.  Seaweed helps to bring your hair back in balance, promote healthy hair and shine.

Remember to keep your shampoo bar dry in between uses just like my other handmade soaps by using a soap dish with drain holes. It will last you even longer.

I love this shampoo bar and can't wait to try the other ones that I have made.

I do use a vinegar rinse once about every couple of weeks with my shampoo bar.

To make a vinegar rinse add 2 tablespoons of vinegar (I use cider) to 16 ounces of warm water

Shampoo hair as normal, rinse with water then rinse with a vinegar rinse.

New to Natural Shampoo Bars? Here are a few things to know:
*There is a big difference between natural and commercial shampoos: natural bars don't contain the preservatives or the sulfates that cleanse by stripping everything – not just the daily dirt buildup but also the good natural oils on your hair. This means that natural shampoos leave hair generally more moisturized and with much more texture (as opposed to the sleek and squeaky feel).

*You may also find that your hair will need to adapt to the shampoo bars over time (don’t give up if after 2 or 3 days your hair is acting ‘differently’!). Many people's hair tends to take a while to get accustomed to a natural shampoo when switching away from commercial shampoos - it is part of a 'detoxifying' process as the synthetics that have built up on your hair are slowly removed. To help your hair through this detox process, you may find that doing a daily or every-other-day vinegar rinse will help to remove excess buildup.

*Once your hair has adjusted to your new shampoo bar, you may want to continue with weekly vinegar rinses to keep your hair’s pH balanced, help prevent tangles, and remove soap and product buildup.

*Shampoo bars can be a little challenging if you live in an area that has hard water. Hard water means that you will need to use more soap to get a good lather and that soap is more difficult to rinse away. The minerals in hard water can react with soap, causing excess residue and tangling of the hair. If you have hard water, you may want to try using a vinegar rinse more frequently or using a water softener in your home.

Awesome product

Between this coconut milk bar and her Ayurveda shampoo bars, they are the only shampoos I use on my hair. I can never go back to regular store bought shampoos again. Love her products!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review.

Much appreciation,

Great shampoo bar

I have short hair and soft water so shampoo bars are a perfect match for me. This one is just as good/better than all of the other shampoo bars I have tried. It's got a nice, mildly fruity scent and it leaves my hair feeling soft and clean. It is a fairly hard bar and should last quite a while. Recommended!

Thank you Jesse for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate it.

Shampoo bar!!!

Luv this shampoo bar, I have ordered it multiple times already, before I had a dry itchy scalp and this shampoo really does the bar lasts about a month and I wash my hair everyday day :) good 👍 price I believe :) I will buy this as long as its made!!!

Keeps My Hair Soft!

I love this bar! It is gentle and moisturizing on my hair, and I find it leaves less of the “squeaky clean” feel. The scent is mild and I don’t notice it in my hair at all. A great, eco - friendly hair care product!
