Caring for your Celestial Weaver Cuff Bracelet

Your cuff is handmade from solid copper and natural Labradorite.  To maintain its mystical glow, please follow these care tips:

• The Finish - This piece has been hand-oxidized to create its "antique" look.  Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or solutions, as these will strip away the beautiful dark patina in the recessed areas,
• Polishing - Over time, the high points of the copper may darken further.  Gently rub the piece with a soft jewelry polishing cloth to bring back the warm, bright copper highlights.
  
• Water & Chemicals - To protect the stone and the metal finish, remove your cuff before swimming, showering or applying lotions and perfumes.
• The Stone - Labradorite is a natural feldspar. Clean it only with a soft, damp cloth.  Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, as they can damage the internal structure of the stone.
• Storage - Store in a cool, dry place.  Copper reacts to moisture in the air: Keeping it in a small airtight bag when not in use will slow down the natural tarnishing process.
• Tip -If you are worried about copper turning your skin green (a natural reaction to acidity), you can apply a thin layer of clear jeweler's wax or even clear nail polish to the inside of the band where it touches the wrist.
